Deze week staat onze spotlight gericht op condoleance kaarten. De reden waarom we deze kaarten versturen is natuurlijk niet leuk, maar je kan met een mooie zelfgemaakte kaart de ontvanger wel wat troost proberen te brengen.
Woensdag en zaterdag kun je zien wat voor condoleance kaarten Sandra gemaakt heeft. Hilde toont haar kaarten op donderdag en zondag. De kaarten van Eveline toont zij morgen en vrijdag.
This week we have focused our spotlight on sympathy cards. The reason we have to send these cards is aweful, but with a beautiful handmade card we can try to offer the recipient some comfort.
Wednesday and Saturday you can see what kind of sympathy cards Sandra made. Hilde shows her cards on Thursday and Sunday. The cards of Eveline will be shown tomorrow and Friday.

Het Serene Scenery DSP leent zich uitstekend voor het maken van condoleance kaarten. Het bevat prachtige fotoprints die, naar mijn idee, met hun serene uitstraling perfect passen bij de gelegenheid. Ik heb een tekst uit de Nederlandse set Recht uit het hart toegevoegd en een klein hartje om de ziel van de overledene weer te geven.
The Serene Scenery DSP lends itself perfectly to make sympathy cards. It contains beautiful photo prints that with their serene feel fit, in my opinion at least, very well with the occassion. I used a Dutch sentiment from the Dutch version of the Flourishing Phrases stamp set. In addition, I adhered a small heart to represent the soul of the departed.
Hopelijk, zie ik je donderdag voor mijn tweede condoleance kaart! / Hopefully, I’ll see you Thursday for my second sympathy card!
