Painted Harvest & Country livin’ travel journal
Ik speel de hele week al met de Painted Harvest stempelset en het bijbehorende Painted Autumn dsp. Vandaag, voor Scrap Sunday, heb ik een Travel Journal gemaakt voor m’n vriendin. Zij gaat binnenkort trouwen en tijdens haar vrijgezellenfeest (gisteren 🙂 ) heb ik haar dit Travel Journal gegeven. Aangezien zij en haar toekomstige man op honeymoon gaan naar de VS heb ik Painted Harvest gekoppeld aan de zeer Amerikaanse Country Livin’ stempelset.
I’ve been playing all week with the Painted Harvest stamp set and the corresponding Painted Autumn dsp. Today, for Scrap Sunday, I made a Travel Journal for my friend. She’s going to get married next month and during her bachelorette party (yesterday 🙂 ) I gave her this Travel Journal. As she and her soon-to-be hubby are traveling to the US, I paired Painted Harvest with the very American Country Livin’ stamp set.
De tekst ‘and so your story begins’ komt uit de Cheers to the Year stempelset uit de nieuwe Herfst/Wintercatalogus. Ik vond hem zeer toepasselijk. De zonnenbloemen zijn direct op de kaft van het schrift gestempeld met Crumb Cake en Soft Suede. Dat mooie metallic lijntje is het nieuwe koperen metallic Year of cheer washi tape.
The sentiment ‘and so your story begins’ comes from the Cheers to the Year stamp set from the new Fall/Winter catalog. I found it to be very fitting for the ocassion. The sun flowers are stamped directly on the cover of the notebook with Crumb Cake and Soft Suede. That cool metallic line is the new copper metallic Year of cheer washi tape.

Aan de binnenkant van de voor- en achterkaft heb ik enveloppen geplakt, hierin kunnen bonnetjes bewaard worden. Op dit moment heb ik er al een paar Color Theory Memories & More kaartjes ingestopt die zij kan gebruiken wanneer zij hun reisavonturen opschrijft. Ook hier komt het Year of Cheer washi tape terug, evenals het Painted Autumn designer papier.
De mooie teksten zijn afkomstig uit de Bookcase Builder stempelset.
I adhered envelopes on the inside of the front and back cover, in them one can save receipts, tickets, etc. At this moment I put some Color Theory Memories & More cards in them, which she can use when writing down their travel adventures. The Year of Cheer washi tape is used on both pages and also the Painted Autumn designer paper.
The beautiful sentiments are from the Bookcase Builder stamp set.
