Retired week

Deze week staat er niet één Stampin’ Up! item in de spotlight, maar vijf verschillende items. Waarom? Omdat we vanaf 1 juni ’16 over gaan op een nieuwe catalogus en we deze week willen gebruiken om afscheid te nemen van de mooie items die ons helaas verlaten met ingang van deze nieuwe jaarcatalogus. Veel van deze items zijn nu nog steeds beschikbaar, en sommige zelfs met een hoge korting, dus als je één of meer van deze retired producten nog wilt bestellen dan kan dat! Maar OP = OP.

Ik plaats volgende week, 9 mei ’16, een verzamelbestelling. Heb je een bestelling en wil je meeliften op deze verzamelbestelling, dan kun je deze mailen naar danielle@mrsbrightside.nl. De bestelling dient binnen te zijn voor zondagavond, 8 mei aanstaande. Natuurlijk kun je jouw bestelling ook doen via mijn webshop, de bestelling wordt dan rechtstreeks naar je verstuurd. Je betaald dan wel de verzendkosten en in de webshop kun je alleen met credit card betalen.

This week there’s not one Stampin’ Up! item in the spotlight, but five different ones. Why? At June 1st, 2016, we’re saying Hello to our new catalog and this week we would like to use to say Goodbye to all the wonderful items that are leaving us as soon as the new catalog starts. A lot of these items are still available, some of them even with a large discount, so if you would like to order one or more of these retired items you can! But GONE = GONE.

Gift bag

Mijn eerste Spotlight project van deze week draait om twee retired items: De mini muslin bag en de Pictogram Punches stempelset. Heb je trouwens gisteren het spotlight project van Hilde al bekeken?

My first Spotlight project of this week is focused around two retired items: The mini muslin bag and de Pictogram Punches stamp set. By the way, did you already take a look at Hilde’s Spotlight project yesterday?

Het katoenen zakje is aan beide zijden bestempeld met het sterrenstempeltje in de kleuren Night of Navy, Pacific Point, Marina Mist, Pool Party en Crushed Curry. Uit een stuk gold foil karton heb ik met de bijpassende pons uit de Itty Bitty Accents Punch Pack sterretjes geponst en met glue dots op het zakje geplakt.

The cotton bag is stamped on both sides with the star stamp in the colors Night of Navy, Pacific Point, Marina Mist, Pool Party and Crushed Curry. Out of a piece of Gold Foil I punched stars with the  star punch from the Itty Bitty Accents Punch Pack. I added the gold stars with glue dots to the muslin bag.

Aan het zakje heb ik ook een geschenklabel bevestigd. Dit label is gemaakt met de scalloped tag topper punch en ik hier voor een stuk vellum (5 x 10 cm) en een stuk gold foil sheet (5 x 10 cm) voor gebruikt. De labels zijn samen gebonden met gold ribbon. Op het vellum label heb ik de tekst geplakt. Deze tekst is gestempeld met Pacific Point op een stukje Very Vanilla cardstock, dit heb ik op een stuk Pool Party cardstock geplakt. De maan is gestempeld in Crushed Curry en daarna uitgeknipt.  De rest van het label ik versierd met een aantal lintjes, waaronder het Pool Party pom-pom trim uit de All Boxed Up kit.

I added a gift label to the muslin bag. This label is made with the scalloped tag topper punch and I used a piece of vellum (5 x 10 cm) and a piece of gold foil sheet (5 x 10 cm). The labels are tied together with some gold ribbon. The sentiment was glued to the vellum label. This sentiment is stamped with Pacific Point ink on a piece of Very Vanilla cardstock, which is adhered to a piece of Pool Party cardstock. The moon is stamped in Crushed Curry and cut out. The rest of the label is embellished with some ribbons, one of which is the Pool Party pom-pom trim from the All Boxed Up kit.

Ik hoop dat je dit project leuk vindt. Donderdag zal ik weer een project met een retired product plaatsen, maar eerst is Hilde weer aan de beurt.  Vergeet alsjeblieft niet om morgen een kijkje te nemen op haar blog 🙂
